Description
The PR93B-D4 is a Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, three section refrigerator with drawer/door combo. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 29.3 cubic feet, this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a dual controller system for ideal temperatures in both the rail and cabinet. <br>The PR93B-D4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93B-D4 includes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size pans, 4" deep. drawer/door units are made to order. allow 4-6 weeks. Equipped with drawer slides constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable delrin rollers. A 93" x 19" x 0.5" thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation, Georgia Made Certified and includes a six years parts warranty, five years labor warranty, and seven years compressor warranty.
