The Toastmaster 3B84DT09 freestanding warming drawer has two drawers and is designed to hold cooked foods at a safe, thermometer verified serving temperature with proper moisture content. Holding temperature and moisture content can be set for the type of food being held. This model holds a 20" x 12" x 5" steam pan and utilizes 120 volt power and has dual thermostats.
